Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies on our website. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you click Decline, or make no choice, they are not set. Google Analytics still receives cookieless pings (Google Consent Mode): each one says that a page was viewed and that consent was not given, and no cookie is set or read on your device.

Google Analytics 4 (analytics, with Consent Mode v2): _ga and _ga_<id>, kept for up to 2 years. They measure how our website is used.

HubSpot (analytics and CRM): __hstc and hubspotutk (up to 6 months), __hssc (30 minutes) and __hssrc (session). They record the pages you visit. If you then contact us or book a demo, HubSpot links those visits to your enquiry so we know how you found us. When you accept, we also keep the page you arrived on and any campaign tags in your browser for the rest of your visit, and send them with an enquiry.

Strictly necessary, always on: renttix_cookie_consent remembers your cookie choice, renttix_country shows prices in your currency, and renttix-theme remembers light or dark mode. The chat assistant keeps your conversation in your browser so it continues if you reload the page, and the interactive demo remembers the details you signed in with so you are not asked again.

You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we stop analytics and remove the Google Analytics and HubSpot tracking cookies. You can also block cookies through your browser settings.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
