Depot-level pricing rules and contract templates can be configured per location. This is useful for franchise operators or businesses where each site has a distinct trading name or customer segment.
How are inter-depot transfers handled for billing?
Transfer costs between depots can be recorded as an internal charge in Renttix. For groups with shared P&Ls, transfers are logged as movements. For operators where depots have separate accounts, internal billing for transfers can be configured.
Can I limit what each depot's staff can see?
Yes. User access in Renttix can be scoped to specific depots, specific asset categories, or specific booking types. Depot staff see their own work; regional managers see everything.
