Integration
Renttix + Xendit Integration
Give customers across South-East Asia a hosted payment page carrying every method you have enabled — cards, bank virtual accounts, e-wallets such as OVO, GCash and GoPay, and payment at retail outlets.

How it connects
Renttix authenticates with your own Xendit API key. When a hire invoice needs paying, Renttix creates a Xendit Hosted Invoice and sends the customer to a Xendit-hosted page that exposes every payment method enabled on your account — cards, bank virtual accounts, e-wallets including OVO, GCash and GoPay, and over-the-counter payment at retail outlets.
Using the hosted flow means you do not integrate each method separately, and you do not handle card data at any point. When you enable a new method in Xendit, it appears on the payment page without any change in Renttix.

Why it matters
South-East Asia has no single dominant payment method. A customer in Jakarta may expect a bank virtual account, one in Manila a GCash wallet, and another may simply want to pay cash at a convenience store. A hire business that supports only cards is quietly excluding a large share of legitimate customers.
The operational advantage is just as real. Bank transfers into a general account are notoriously hard to attribute — a virtual account per invoice, or a hosted invoice that carries its own reference, turns a manual matching exercise into something that reconciles itself. On recurring hire billing, that saves the same work every cycle.
Key workflows
One page, every method
Customers pay through a Xendit-hosted invoice page exposing all the methods you have enabled — cards, virtual accounts, e-wallets and retail outlets — without you integrating each one.
Attributable bank payments
Hosted invoices carry their own reference, so payments made by transfer or at a retail outlet reconcile to the right hire invoice instead of landing as an unidentified deposit.
Enable methods without redeploying
Turning a new payment method on in your Xendit dashboard makes it available on the payment page immediately. Nothing needs changing in Renttix.
Xendit is the South-East Asia option among the eight payment providers in Renttix, alongside Stripe, PayPal, Square, Razorpay, Mercado Pago, Alipay+ and Airwallex. For tenants in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong it pairs with the ABSS accounting export.

Which payment methods can customers use?
Whatever you have enabled on your Xendit account. Renttix uses the Xendit Hosted Invoice flow, which exposes cards, bank virtual accounts, e-wallets such as OVO, GCash and GoPay, and payment at retail outlets on a single page.
Do I need to integrate each method separately?
No. The hosted page presents everything your account has switched on. Enabling a new method in Xendit makes it available immediately with no change on the Renttix side.
How are bank transfers matched to invoices?
The hosted invoice carries its own reference, so a payment made by virtual account or at a retail outlet is attributed to the correct hire invoice automatically rather than needing manual matching.

Renttix Single Sign-On
Let staff sign in to Renttix with your existing company identity, through SAML or OIDC — so access is granted and revoked centrally rather than account by account.
Renttix + Samsara Integration
Pull engine hours and odometer readings from Samsara into your asset records, so service intervals, usage billing and off-hire checks are based on what the machine reports rather than what someone wrote down.
Renttix + WhatsApp Integration
Send hire confirmations, delivery updates and payment reminders over WhatsApp Business, and receive the replies straight back into Renttix — so the conversation lives on the customer record instead of on somebody's personal phone.
Renttix + Trackunit Integration
Bring engine hours and odometer readings from the Trackunit Iris platform into Renttix, so the machine data you already collect drives servicing, utilisation and billing.
