How it connects
Renttix connects to Alipay+ through Antom using your own merchant credentials. Every outbound request is signed with RSA-SHA256 over a canonical representation of the request — method, path, client id, timestamp and body — and Antom verifies each one against the public key you upload to your merchant dashboard once during setup. That signing model is stricter than a shared API key: a request cannot be replayed or tampered with in transit without invalidating the signature. It means the payment instruction Antom acts on is provably the one Renttix sent.
Why it matters
Mobile wallets are the default payment method across much of Asia, and they are fragmented — supporting them individually would mean a separate integration, contract and settlement arrangement for each. Alipay+ exists to collapse that into one connection, which is the difference between accepting wallet payments and deciding it is not worth the effort. For hire businesses serving events, tourism, construction and equipment rental across the region, this widens the set of customers who can pay you promptly. A customer who cannot pay the way they normally pay does not pay faster by being asked to find a card.
Key workflows
Wallet payments on hire invoices
Customers settle hire invoices from the mobile wallet they already use, reached through one Alipay+ connection rather than a separate integration per wallet.
Cryptographically signed requests
Every request is signed with RSA-SHA256 over a canonical string covering method, path, client id, timestamp and body, and verified by Antom against your uploaded public key.
One merchant relationship
A single set of merchant credentials and one settlement arrangement covers the wallets in the Alipay+ network, instead of contracting with each separately.
Alipay+ covers Asian mobile wallets among the eight payment providers in Renttix, alongside Stripe, PayPal, Square, Razorpay, Mercado Pago, Xendit and Airwallex. Whichever providers you enable, settled payments reach the same invoices and the same accounting exports.
Alipay+ integration FAQ
Every request Renttix sends is signed with RSA-SHA256 over a canonical string covering the method, request path, client id, timestamp and body. Antom verifies it against the public key you upload to your merchant dashboard during setup, so requests cannot be tampered with or replayed.
Alipay+ is a network connecting a range of Asian mobile wallets, so one integration reaches the wallets in that network rather than requiring a separate arrangement per wallet. Which are available depends on your Antom merchant configuration.
Merchant credentials from Antom and a one-time upload of your public key to their dashboard. After that Renttix signs every request automatically; there is nothing to rotate by hand day to day.
