what3words support is built into Renttix — there is no account to connect and no key for you to supply. Renttix converts between three-word addresses and coordinates, so a what3words address captured against a delivery location becomes a precise map position the driver can navigate to.
In practice that means a customer can give you three words over the phone and you can store them against the order. The driver gets a specific point rather than an approximate one, which is the whole difference on a site that has no street address at all.

Delivery addresses in hire are frequently not addresses. A construction site is a postcode that covers a large area with several entrances, only one of which a lorry can use. An event site is a field. A rural job may have no address at all beyond a road name and a description of a gate.
